Evertonians visiting Hill Dickinson Stadium can look forward to a wide variety of food and drink options across all concourses – with something to satisfy every appetite, from gourmet burgers to iconic blue toffee doughnuts.
The Club’s catering partner Aramark UK – widely recognised as one of the world’s leading food service providers and industry experts in creating food and beverage-led venue experiences – pride themselves on serving quality products made from locally sourced ingredients.
In addition, a range of beers and ciders will be available across the stadium, with alcohol sold at all of the kiosks, unless outlined below. These include Budweiser, San Miguel, Stella, Kopparberg, Camden Pale Ale, Camden Stout and Guinness.
The stadium is also fitted with ‘Just Walk Out’ technology, and EBars. More information on these can be found below.
Supporters can walk freely around the stadium’s concourses on their level to sample all the food and drink options, outlined below.
Level 0

Flightbirds, located centrally in the North and South stands, serves up fresh, crispy chicken and chips, salt & pepper favourites with big matchday flavour. To complement the food, a range of beers, cider, pre-packaged alcohol, hot and soft drinks are also sold here.
Dockyard Kitchen, located throughout the East Stand and named as a tribute to Liverpool’s proud dockside heritage, these kiosks dish up matchday favourites with a local flavour. From sausage rolls and hot dogs to stand-out pies made with locally sourced ingredients; each Dockyard Kitchen offers a slightly different menu rooted in the city’s character. The iconic blue toffee doughnuts are also available here as well as alcohol and soft drinks at each kiosk.
Through Pass, situated in either corner of the South Stand, revolutionises retail by allowing fans to grab food and drink fast with no queues and no checkouts. Through Pass is powered by ‘Just Walk Out’ technology, offering a seamless, grab-and-go experience with no check-outs. Simply tap your card on the turnstile at the entry point, walk through the space, grab your beer, cider, a hot or cold snack or soft drink, just walk out and you’ll be charged for whatever you’ve chosen, and you’re done! From beer to sausage rolls, pre-packaged pies and more, including the iconic blue toffee doughnuts, it’s the fastest way to pick up essentials and get back to your seat without missing a moment.
Pit and Pickle, also located in the South Stand lower, serves gourmet burgers and crispy fries with something for every fan. From classic cheeseburgers to hearty vegan and plant-based picks, it’s a premium twist on the burger bar built for matchday appetites. All burgers can be washed down alongside a range of beers and soft drinks.
Level 1 (Family Stand Only)

Families have plenty of choice in their dedicated concourse in the north west corner of Hill Dickinson Stadium.
Corner Slice Pizza offers fresh square pizza with a nod to classic Americana. Positioned in the heart of the family section, it’s all about fun, flavour, and familiarity. Fans can also pick up the iconic blue toffee doughnuts here, for the complete indulgence! There is no alcohol sold at this kiosk.

Level 2

Supporters on the upper concourse are again free to move around the stadium, sampling all of the following options:
Dockyard Kitchen, located in the corner of the North and West stands, dishes up matchday favourites with local flavour. From stand-alone pies to pie and mash, sausage rolls and blue toffee doughnuts. A range of beer, cider, pre-packaged alcohol, hot and soft drinks are also sold at this kiosk.
Flightbirds, also in the corner of the North and West stands, offers a choice of fresh chicken and chips. A range of beer, cider, pre-packaged alcohol, hot and soft drinks are also available here.
Dockyard Kitchen, located centrally in the North Stand, this location is a dedicated doughnut stand. No alcohol is sold here but hot and soft drinks are.
Through Pass, situated in the North East corner as well as the middle of the East Stand, this kiosk uses ‘Just Walk Out’ technology, offering a seamless, grab-and-go food and drink experience. This location will offer a rotating menu serving pies, sausage rolls and loaded rosties. Beer, cider and soft drinks are also available here.
Dockyard Kitchen, located at the northern end of the East Stand, offers hot dogs and blue doughnuts. A range of beers, pre-packaged alcohol, soft and hot drinks are sold here.
Flightbirds, in the corner of the East and South Stand, offers a choice of classic chicken and chips, including salt and pepper options. A range of beers, pre-packaged alcohol, soft and hot drinks are also available here.
Dockyard Kitchen, located at the opposite end of the South Stand, adjoining the West Stand, offers pies and loaded hash tots. A range of beers, pre-packaged alcohol, soft and hot drinks are also sold here.
South Stand Bars: Blue doughnuts are also available at the range of bars that run the length of the South Stand. These bars serve a large range of beers, stouts, ciders, pre-packaged alcohol, hot and soft drinks are sold here.
Level 3 (Club View)

The dedicated concourse for Club View members benefits from one long, central kiosk.
Dockyard Kitchen serves up options to suit every palate, from pies and hot dogs to chicken burgers and the Korean Chicken Bowl, with a plant-based option. The blue donut is, of course an Everton staple! A range of beers, stouts, ciders, hot and soft drinks are also available here.
‘Just Walk-Out’ Units (Levels 0 & 2)
As outlined above, the stadium has several outlets branded as ‘Through Pass’, which allows a seamless grab-and-go experience with no check-outs. A series of cameras located at the entrances and throughout the unit monitor movement to ensure the accurate logging of purchases.
To use this new technology:
- Tap your credit or debit card on the turnstile at the entry point
- Walk through the barrier into the unit
- Grab a beer, snack or soft drink
- Just walk out and you’ll be automatically charged for whatever you take.
EBars (All Levels)
The stadium concourses also have a number of EBars at strategic locations (two on Level 0, one on Level 1, two on Level 2 and two on Level 3). These self-serve drinks kiosks dispense the perfect pint in a few seconds. Again, the user simply taps their credit or debit card on the payment panel, then chooses their desired beverage from the touch-screen menu.
