What do you actually do day-to-day? I help clients on any potential deal they may have with us along with helping manage our existing broker relationships as well as developing new partnerships for the business.
Have you ever had a mentor? If so, who? Not so much in a work aspect but in day-to-day life my stepdad John I look up to as he is the heartbeat of the family.
Does money motivate you? Very money motivated but it is not the be all and end all.
What has been the most important event in your working life? Meeting Mark Harrison & the team at Breeze (was not under duress while answering this)
Who do you most admire? Gareth Bale. The best British player ever😊
What does leadership mean to you? To me leadership is about helping people around you become a better version of themselves.
