What do you actually do day-to-day? Usually you will find me planning and supervising the entire creative process for clients and guiding the wider team on the delivery of branding and website projects.
Have you ever had a mentor? If so, who? No.
Does money motivate you? Yes but a good work-life balance motivates me more.
What has been the most important event in your working life? Taking the leap into entrepreneurship and building a business from scratch in a competitive market.
Who do you most admire? I admire a lot of people but more than anything I admire authenticity. Authenticity is a running theme in people I tend to admire and respect.
What does leadership mean to you? Inspiring and empowering people to exceed their own expectations, embrace change, and collectively achieve a greater vision. We focus a lot on fostering innovation, personal growth, and a shared sense of purpose at Resident North.
What’s your favourite TV programme? It has to be Friends purely for the nostalgia and sense of familiarity and warmth.
How do you relax? A good series. Suggestions welcome!
