On behalf of the co-chairs of the True North Advisory Council, I’d like to invite you to a roundtable discussion focused on Purpose and Social Impact, taking place next Thursday on the 14th November at the Liverpool Brabners Office, Horton House, Liverpool L2 3YL, from 10.30am-12.30pm.
The discussion forms part of a series of roundtables exploring key themes related to the future of the North’s economy and society, bringing together members of the True North network and leaders from across the region.
The conversation looks to address the following key areas:
- Which places and communities matter to you? How do you currently connect to these places?
- What great examples can you bring from your own business or the wider business sector of businesses making a real difference in real places and communities?
- Where do you see the needs of businesses and the needs of communities aligning?
- How could the True North network collaborate in this space to drive socio and economic outcomes?
The findings of our conversation will help to inform our second thought leadership report – Scaling Northern Ambition, which will be launched at a networking reception in the new year and will build on the findings of our first report in 2023.
Together, we hope to showcase the insights of the purposeful leaders within our network, highlighting how we can leverage data, shared knowledge and our collective strength to accelerate change and foster collaboration within the region.
It’d be fantastic if you were able to attend and do let me know if you have any questions.
