What do you actually do day-to-day?  It feels like I do everything from supporting Clients on the delivery of various projects and programmes, bringing in new business to accounts, invoicing, working with Partner Organisations, defining/refining our products and propositions through to marketing. From a Company point of view we focus on delivering transformation change into Businesses.

Have you ever had a mentor? If so, who?  Various throughout my career at different organisations. Life is just one long complex journey and you pick up different mentors for different situations.

Does money motivate you? Only to the degree of having sufficient to support my family and to do what I need /want to do. It isn’t my main driver.

What has been the most important event in your working life?  Probably taking the chance of setting up my own business when I was quite comfortable being an interim.

Who do you most admire?  Various people across the years – My grandad for his work ethic and determination but other public figures such as Richard Branson, Winston Churchill, Barrack Obama, George Michael (for being such a nice charitable person)

What does leadership mean to you? the ability to influence and direct a team of people or group to achieve an agreed goal.

What’s your favourite TV programme?  I like various crime dramas with Protection being my latest one but also love race across the world.

How do you relax?  Reading history magazines, walking the dog or at the Gym.

Fry up or healthy smoothie? Unfortunately Fry Up.

Pub or club? Pub but still do like the odd club but depends on the music.

Gym or countryside walk?  Countryside walk but do like both.

Favourite piece of music?  80s electronic or Pete Tong and the Heritage Orchestra
