Entrepreneurs Monthly Meet-up

Entrepreneurs Monthly Meet-up

The sixth and final Entrepreneurs Monthly Meet-up of this academic year is being held on Thursday 1st May | 5.30-7.30pm in the Liverpool Business Clinic | 15-19 Hardman Street | L1 9AS.

This month’s meet-up is focused on Charity and is being ran in collaboration with the Paul Lavelle Foundation.

Charities are important entities in the economy and society with 170,000+ contributing to £90bn of turnover and employing 1.3m people.  The overwhelming majority of the organisations are small and face the demands of all enterprises – plus the others that are involved with being a charity.

Its Chief Executive, Sharne Williams, is going to speak on the development of the organisation across 7-years since its inception.  Including raising its profile, bid writing, fundraising and event planning, managing the organisation, its staff, volunteers and board of trustees – as well as delivering its vital service to raise awareness about and support its users that are survivors of domestic abuse.

In addition to this you’ll also learn more about the Liverpool Business Clinic and Legal Advice Centre and the way it supports local start-ups, SMEs and entrepreneurs.

As always they be FREE food and refreshments – plus casual networking.
