Join Professional Liverpool’s Development and Regeneration Board for our Cannes Do panel event. Last year’s event, themed around Levelling Up, was hugely successful and is back by popular demand in 2024.

Chaired by Ian Ford from PL, the discussion will be informal, offering PL Members not attending MIPIM the opportunity to be briefed by City Region leaders on the themes that will be taken to the global property event.

The format will be structured questions managed by the chair, followed by an informal Q+A session opened to the floor, in the relaxed setting of the Relish Café in the Liver Building.

The panel will be made up of Leaders from the fields of Private and Public Investment, the City Council, Life Sciences, Placemaking and Economics. We will be looking to explore opportunities for investment and growth across the unprecedented number of masterplan zones currently under consideration, including The Royal, Knowledge Quarter, Fabric District and Baltic Triangle, amongst others.

The panel:

Dr Aileen Jones – Executive Director, Investment and Delivery at LCR Combined Authority

Alison Ryan – Deputy Healthcare Lead, Mott MacDonald

Chris French – Head of Operations at ILHS, University of Liverpool

Erika Rushton – Director, Creative Economist and Programme Director, Kindred LCR

Oliver Creasey – Head of Property Research, Quilter

Peter Williams – Head of Real Estate, CG Professional

Ian Ford, Senior Town Planner, ARUP, will chair the discussion.

Development and Regeneration is fundamental to Liverpool's prosperity over the next decade: this event is not-to-be-missed and is bound to be informative and engaging.
