To be a successful legal professional in today’s competitive market it is essential to develop your interpersonal skills alongside your technical expertise. Lawyers are trained in law yet legal professionals who regular take time to develop their communication skills and leadership abilities are much more likely to achieve their career ambitions, have stronger collaborations and relationships and be better able to manage the complexities of client work.
If you are a legal professional, this series of bite sized learning have been designed with you in mind and offers some practical and easy to apply techniques when it comes to your professional development.
All the sessions are being facilitated by award winning executive coach and Professional Liverpool member Denise Chilton who for the last 15 years has been providing coaching and training programmes for leaders and their teams within professional services organisations,
