What is it?

A 6-month career development programme to support ambitious early-career professionals from Liverpool City Region (LCR) enhance their knowledge and networks.

Designed by our members for our members, LeadHere will help participants understand more about what it means to be part of the LCR professional community through a series of bespoke modules, networking with peers, and cross-sector mentoring.

When?

LeadHere will run from November 2022 - May 2023 with dates for modules and associated events to be released upon acceptance onto the course.

The Programme

The programme will contain a series of high-quality industry led workshops on a variety of topics.

Modules will include:

Digital skills, future technology and innovation (Weightmans)
Stand out from the crowd! (Career Connect)
Transformation within the UK Insurance sector (Griffiths & Armour)
Financial information and your business (DSG)
Introduction and exploration of ESG and what it means to you (RSM)
Intellectual Property and innovation (WP Thompson)

Additional modules will be communicated to participants in due course, with Arup and Hill Dickinson also confirmed as supporters of the programme.

The programme will launch on Thursday 24 November 2022 with an informal induction and networking event, to be held in Arup's office at the Plaza, Liverpool.

Eligibility

The programme is aimed at ambitious individuals who are within the first 10 years of their career, and are currently working for organisations within the LCR professional community.
