Member: Options for Supported Living

We support, empower and enable 180 people with learning disabilities to live the fullest possible life. We work across the Liverpool City Region with contracts from local authorities, NHS and privately through local families. We employ 340 staff and have a turnover in the region of £9m.

Many of the people we support have complex support needs but with the right support make an active contribution to the communities in which they are involved.

We want to see a greater understanding of learning disabilities in the Liverpool City Region. We want to promote independence and opportunities for the people we support, raise awareness of the skill and talent of our staff, and ultimately improve the way that the social care system works.

We can offer skills and experience in disability, diversity, inclusion, community development, and health and social care.

2023/24 is our 30th year. We were founded from first principles to pioneer a new model of supported living, and we have been pushing to promote new ways of working ever since. We are looking to partner with organisations who share a vision for and diverse and inclusive City Region and can support us as we develop new ways of working.
