Walk for health

Join us on Tuesday's & Thursday's at 1:00pm outside the Sports & Fitness Centre where the fitness team will be waiting to meet you for your 30 minute walk! 🚶‍♀️ ⁣⁣⁣

Walking is one of the easiest ways to become healthier, lose weight, increase activity levels and get your daily dose of Vitamin D! There are many benefits including increasing your heart health, reducing stress & anxiety & building stamina!⁣ ❤️⁣⁣

Everyone is welcome to come along, no membership is required and you can register on the day if needed.
