Wirral Chamber of Commerce and Mills Media Creative have worked together on the Wirral Business Awards for over 14 years.
In 2018, both organisations sat down and agreed a re-design of the event with Mills Media Creative doing what they do best - managing the full event and creative production and the Chamber promoting the event to their members,
co-ordinating the judging process and presenting the Award for ‘Outstanding Business of the Year’.
The Wirral Business Awards is one of the largest business events in the North West. It is now established as a primary celebration of best practice and the positive impact our businesses make on the national and international economy.
So what’s new?
The event is growing! The decision has been made to make the event less formal and more of a celebration with coloured bow ties and cocktail dresses.
The venue had to move and its new home at the New Brighton Floral Pavilion offers everything for a large celebration. The full capacity of the venue will be used with a new OSCAR style ceremony hosted in the auditorium, and food, drink and dancing in the Blue Lounge.
The date – Midsummer’s Day - a summer celebration on Friday 21st June 2019.
The categories – 12 in total which are being updated and will become more relevant to the Wirral Chamber of Commerce forums.
