About the Draft Plan:

Starts: Monday 17th June

Ends: Monday 22nd July

Liverpool City Council is consulting on a draft Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) designed to create a vibrant and sustainable commercial office district in Liverpool that will drive business growth, attract inward investment and create jobs.

The plan also highlights new development opportunities and explores ways to connect the district to other parts of the city, and revitalise underused buildings in the area.

Once agreed, the plan will supplement the city's emerging overarching Local Plan.
