The dot-art Prize Draw

Celebrating 20 years. Supporting young artists. Win original artwork worth £1000+

The dot-art Prize Draw has launched as part of our 20th anniversary celebrations, and we’re giving you the chance to own a piece of original artwork worth at least £1000.

For just £5 per entry, you’ll support two things we care about deeply: our community of brilliant visual artists, and Art Bytes, our national programme bringing creativity and confidence to young people in schools across England.

Every quarter, we feature a stunning new artwork from a dot-art artist, and you could win it while directly supporting the next generation of young creatives. Enter now and be part of our 20th birthday celebrations while making a real difference.

About the Artist:

https://dot-art.co.uk/product-category/hazel-thomson

Hazel Thomson is a multi-award-winning artist. Her process of painting is almost sculptural, as she purposely adds thick layers of paint and marks with a pallet knife. She then takes away or adds more paint over these marks when dry, as the scene starts to take shape. This gives her work a textual and realist look and feel, so the viewer can be lost momentarily within the scene. In her work Hazel sends out a message of not only the beauty of trees, but also how important they are to the future of the climate.
