Founded in 2008, we have offices in the North West and South of England, with a wealth of industry experience spanning more than 40 years.
Whether you are an architect, builder, contractor, developer or surveyor, our experienced team of nationwide assessors will take away the complication of regulative restrictions and guide you through the whole planning process from start to finish to ensure your properties are compliant.
With a client base of over 2000, we have worked with major multinational companies as well as independent architects and developers on a wide range of residential and complex commercial schemes. This includes Carillion, Wates Group, Knight Dragon, British Land, PDP and IBI Taylor Young amongst others.
At Base Energy, we continue to strengthen our team of assessors from the Global Consultancy Market and have an ongoing apprenticeship scheme to ensure new talent continues to thrive.
