Business Breakfast: Important Conversations- Enhancing Patient and Family Experiences in Hospices

Join the University of Liverpool Management School for its latest Business Breakfast event which will take place at the Management School on Thursday 13th June 2024 – “Important Conversations- Enhancing Patient and Family Experiences in Hospices.”

Our expert speakers, Professor Pippa Hunter-Jones  (Professor of Marketing, ULMS), Professor Lynn Sudbury-Riley (Professor of Marketing, ULMS) and Helen Brown (CEO, Wirral Hospice) will discuss patient and family experiences connected to the delivery of hospice care, and facilitate recommendations on ways to improve the service offered.

Everyone is welcome at this event, whether you work in the social care sector, third sector or just have a vested interest in the delivery of hospice care – please feel free to join us. As with all our Business Breakfasts, there will be the opportunity to network with the other attendees before and after the presentations.

The event will provide insights into the research conducted by Prof Pippa Hunter-Jones and Prof Lynn Sudbury- Riley and its practical applications in collaboration with Wirral Hospice, as well as how this can be carried forward throughout the sector.
