The Liverpool City Council (LCC) are undertaking a survey to understand the views of businesses in the city about their future growth potential and premises requirements. It seeks to understand the suitability of their existing premises, as well as if they might need to expand or are likely to move to new premises.
The purpose of this survey is to inform an ‘Employment Land and Premises’ Study that LCC contracted consultants (Iceni Projects) are undertaking on their behalf, which will support an update of the council’s Local Plan. The results will also be used to inform other emerging economic strategies.

All councils must prepare a local plan which guides the long-term strategic spatial development of their area. Find out more about the current Local Plan.
Your feedback will help them to understand levels of satisfaction with current business premises in Liverpool and what business requirements may look like in the future.
Your response is important to them so that they can plan for suitable and sustainable employment land and premises and ensure that the City’s businesses can thrive and prosper.
