What do you actually do day-to-day? No two days are the same. I am often to be found travelling, persuading potential new members to join, attending conferences and collaborating across the international textile sector.

What experiences or influences guided you toward your current profession? Mainly chance. And long experience collaborating across the defence sector

What’s the best advice you have ever received? Things are never as bad, or as good, as they first appear.

What does leadership mean to you? Service to team and sector, informed by a commitment towards improvement.
