Have you ever had a mentor? If so, who? I have never had an official mentor but I have a close knit group of individuals that are great at offering advice and guidance. I am a member of the Mission Success Team, led by Dave Verberg, and I find having the opportunity as a business owner of sharing with a group exhilarating and it definitely holds you accountable.

Who do you most admire? I have a lot of admiration for entrepreneurs, and Richard Branson is definitely one of my favourites. I love his boldness, creativity, and the way he approaches challenges with a fearless mindset. That said, he can keep his plans for the Moon—I admire him, but not enough to follow him there!
What does leadership mean to you? Leadership, to me, means inspiring and empowering others to reach their full potential. It’s about setting a clear vision, leading by example, and being part of a fantastic team to make them feel valued, and motivated to succeed.
