Dash launch new summer menu additions

At the heart of Dash our passion is to create memorable dining experiences inspired by Asian cuisine in beautiful contemporary social spaces. Recently we added some new summer additions to our menu with dishes such as Snow Crab Croquettes with Lobster Tom Yum, Fennel, Baby Cucumber and Nasturtium. Our robatayaki Tiger Prawn with Mango Dashi, Daikon Salsa, Coriander and Borage and a heavenly sweet Yuzu Meringue Tart with textures of Raspberry, Floral Meringue, Verbena and Raspberry Sorbet.

All our new dishes bring a light summers taste of Asian inspired dining.
