Update from National Museums Liverpool

We are delighted to announce that we are re-opening the doors to the International Slavery Museum, Merseyside Maritime Museum and the Museum of Liverpool on Wednesday 19 August 2020.

The venues will be open from Wednesday to Sunday, 10am until 5pm (closed Mondays and Tuesdays).

We are really excited that the re-opening of the Maritime Museum sees the launch of our brand new permanent gallery Life on Board, which reveals the dangers, joys, cultures and community at the heart of seafaring.

Plans for the remaining National Museums Liverpool venues to re-open are underway and there will be a further announcement in due course.

For now, we’re thrilled to be welcoming you back to the waterfront!
