MSP (Merseyside Sports Partnership), Liverpool City Council and NHS Liverpool CCG are working together to understand the impact of Covid-19 on the health and wellbeing of employees in Liverpool.
We are asking all employers in the city to provide feedback so that we can put together a range of resources and interventions to help improve the physical and mental wellbeing of your workforce through physical activity, as part of the Liverpool Active Workplaces programme.
This survey is open to be completed by any organisation who employ staff that normally work out of an office within the borough of Liverpool (even if they are currently based outside of the borough working from home).
We would appreciate it if a suitable representative (e.g. HR colleague, Chief Executive or Senior Manager) from your organisation could spare five minutes to complete this following survey by 4pm Friday 11th September 2020, and to submit your contact details so that we will be able to inform you about information and support available through Liverpool Active Workplaces that your organisation can access once we have analysed the survey data.
