Does the term “OD” mean anything to you?
It is shorthand for Organisational Development and includes all the activities within your business to help you be as effective and efficient as possible.
A place to learn, share ideas, discuss challenges, in a community of inquiry and mutual support.

At Ai Change Management we are hosting a North West OD community in collaboration with our two European partners.
This community is a place to learn from one another and share ideas.
