The board of Professional Liverpool is looking to create a small group that can work with Liverpool City Council to explore a public/private arrangement for apprenticeships and graduate training programmes.
The intention is to investigate mutually beneficial arrangements that enable levies and training budgets to be used in a way that supports the City in a time of austerity and budget cuts and also helps private sector meet training and social value objectives - whilst also supporting the City.
Expertise in training, apprenticeships and general HR legislation will be required amongst those who are interested.
