Member: NSPCC

The NSPCC was first founded right here in Liverpool over 135 years ago.

Today, we continue to help protect children at risk, support children who’ve been abused to rebuild their lives and work with others to find the best ways of preventing child abuse from ever happening. When a child is at risk and has nowhere else to turn, our Childline service is available 24/7, ready to listen and get them the support they need. Our expert practitioners provide therapeutic support to children and young people to help them rebuild their lives after abuse. When laws need to change, or governments need to do more, we campaign to make society safer for all children and share our knowledge with others organisations to ensure that the whole community plays a role in keeping children safe.
