DESCRIPTION:Join LJMU on Wednesday 15 July 9.30 – 12 (with an optional l
 unch 12-12.45)\, for a workshop exploring how businesses and organisations
  across the Liverpool City Region can contribute to reducing health inequa
 lities.\nThe Liverpool City Region faces significant health inequalities\,
  among the highest in Europe. Research by the Institute of Health Equity i
 ndicates that residents in LCR’s most deprived areas have life expectanc
 ies up to 12 years lower than those in affluent areas. Recent reports have
  highlighted how businesses and organisations can help mitigate these ineq
 ualities through policies\, workplace practices\, and community investment
 .\n\nWe want to understand what that looks like in practice across LCR\, w
 hat already works\, and what would help organisations do more. No preparat
 ion is required\; we are interested in your perspective. Findings will inf
 orm a report for LCR decision-makers\, and participation is voluntary with
