DESCRIPTION:\n\n\nJoin us in June for the next Back to Business event of 20
 26\, celebrating LGBTQ+ leadership through conversation\, connection\, and
  networking.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJoin us this Pride Month on Wednesday 24 June 20
 26 for Pride in Leadership\, a morning of conversation\, community\, and 
 networking celebrating LGBTQ+ voices\, experiences\, and leadership.\n\nWe
  are excited to welcome John Hyland as part of our speaker panel.\n\nJoh
 n Hyland is a Liverpool-based LGBTQ+ activist\, advocate\, and the creator
  and host of Proudly Said\, an award-nominated community podcast giving e
 veryday people within the LGBTQ+ community a platform to share their stori
 es.\n\nWith over fifteen years of experience across Pride leadership\, gra
 ssroots organising\, and LGBTQ+ advocacy\, John has held senior roles incl
 uding Co-Chair of Liverpool Pride and co-founder of LCR Pride Foundation. 
 He also made history as the first openly LGBTQ+ councillor in Ballymena\, 
 Northern Ireland.\n\nJohn believes visibility is an act of leadership in i
 tself\, and brings that perspective to everything he does\, from podcastin
 g to public speaking to community connection across the Liverpool City Reg
 ion and beyond.\n\nAlongside John\, the event will feature a panel of spea
 kers discussing authentic leadership\, inclusion\, allyship\, career growt
 h\, and creating workplaces where people feel seen\, supported\, and able 
 to thrive.\n\nFollowing the panel discussion\, there will be an opportunit
 y to connect with other professionals\, allies\, and community members thr
 ough an informal networking session.\n\nWhether you are early in your care
 er\, an established leader\, or simply looking to meet others in the commu
 nity\, this event is an opportunity to share experiences\, hear different 
 perspectives\, and celebrate Pride through leadership and connection.\n\nT
