Speaker Biographies

Fran Costello is an experienced organisational development consultant with vast experience in organisational psychology, she works with a range of clients both large global organisations and smaller SME’s. She has worked in the field for over eighteen years and has a track record of changing the mindset, energy and resilience and confidence levels of leaders achieving an overall growth impact on the performance of businesses. Fran specialises in leadership and team development, coaching and resilience and brings her background in personal and business psychology to each organisation in her unique style. She also works on a one-to-one basis as a psychotherapist and coach with people from all walks of life. Fran has a BA in Social Studies, a PGDip in Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy and an MSc in Organisational and Business Psychology and has recently published. She is an accredited coach, holds certified business psychologist status with the association of business psychology and is a DISC and MBTI practitioner and action learning facilitator.

Kelsey Greenaway is a Senior Consultant, Trainer, and Leadership Coach for Dale Carnegie. Her client profile consists of clients such as CFG Law, Adidas, Cardinal Maritime, Robinsons Brewery and Interbev International. Kelsey’s focus is on enabling businesses to hit key targets and achieve their strategic objectives by supporting people and teams to be result motivated and role confident. She specialises in culture, team collaboration, personal and team performance, communication and high impact presentations.

Kerry Greenwood is an Account Executive within Miller’s Solicitors Professional Indemnity (PI) team, leading their offering to firms in the Northwest of England having previously work at a number of large national brokers. She has over 30 years’ experience in the insurance industry and has specialised in professional indemnity insurance for the legal profession since 1999. Her knowledge and experience have provided her with an in depth understanding of law firms, enabling her to provide the most appropriate and effective solutions to their insurance and risk requirements. Kerry has worked with firms of all sizes from sole practitioners to large national practices and always puts the client at the heart of everything she does.

Michelle Howard is a skilled consultant in strategic development. With over 25 years of extensive cross-sector experience in the UK, most recently at Executive Director level. She has undertaken extensive consultancy work across areas of leadership and marketing, has a university associate position delivering professional programmes and has led and developed award-winning multi-partner projects recognised nationally for generating significant innovation and positive outcomes. Experience gained across Legal 500 law firms, leadership consultancies, an innovation centre and public sector organisations.

Joanna Kingston-Davies, Group COO at The MAPD Group. Joanna is a different kind of COO. Named one of the UK’s 50 Leading Lights in Leadership and Kindness in 2019, Joanna brings an encouragement, a compassion and a nurturing approach to her leadership that supports her team to deliver outstanding results. She places huge value on emotional intelligence and is relentless in her pursuit of fairness and opportunity for others. Having started her working life in Paris over 20 years ago, Joanna brings a perspective and an energy to the way she works that tells her teams that they can and should bring their whole selves to work. She has overseen major acquisition, integration and restructuring projects. A regular speaker and columnist, Joanna is experienced in leadership, business transformation, operational infrastructure implement and management.

David Malone, Director & Head of Corporate, O’Connors. O’Connors is a firm of business lawyers and advisers which provides a unique blend of corporate, commercial insurance and regulatory advice and specialist support to legal businesses throughout the UK and beyond. The firm represents law firms, barristers chambers, claims management companies and litigation funders, including those operating at the cutting edge of regulatory change impacting the sector.

Nina Sahu is a solicitor and Legal Director at Hill Dickinson in the Health Business Group. Her day to day practice consists of defending clinical negligence claims brought against NHS Bodies, such as GP practices and hospitals. She became chair of Liverpool Law Society’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion committee in December 2020. The aim of the committee is to raise awareness of EDI issues amongst the Society’s members and to share good practice.

Dr Catriona Wolfenden, Product and Innovation Director (Partner) at Weightmans – ensuring delivery of products and innovation that are aligned to client needs and Weightmans’ overall strategy. Accidental lawyer, fell into innovation and grew an award-winning team. Always learning. Interested in the skills of future lawyers. Unsure on the Metaverse.
