Business Breakfast: Mental health for Business – what SME’s need to know.

Wednesday 2 Feb, 8am till 10am, presentations from 8.30am. Refreshments provided. University of Liverpool Management School

In partnership with the Growth Platform (Liverpool City Region Growth Company), the Management School is hosting this session which is aimed at SME managers and employees but all are very welcome to attend.

There has been much needed increase in focus around mental health and wellbeing, particularly following the recent lockdowns, and many large organisations have introduced dedicated resources and teams to support staff. But what are the options for smaller organisations which may not have an in-house HR lead? How can SME managers and staff recognise where support may be needed and where do they go for advice? What should they look out for in themselves and their colleagues?

Join us and our guest panellists:

Steve Stuart, Chair of Liverpool LEP’s Professional and Business Services Board

Ian Finch, CEO of Mando Group

Dr Jo Lyubovnikova, Senior Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour

Danny Marfany, Wellbeing Team Leader, University of Liverpool
