Join us in raising in funds for our charity of the year Everton in the Community by walking the Sefton Coastal path (in full or in part!)
Professional Liverpool (PL) has joined forces with Everton’s official charity, Everton in the Community, to help provide support for communities throughout the city region.
The unique collaboration will run until the end of 2021 and will see PL adopt Everton in the Community as its Charity of the Year, hosting and participating in a number of fundraising initiatives and volunteering opportunities to raise vital funds to further develop the charity’s 40+ social programmes that support those most in need, tackling issues such as poverty, mental health, education and employability.
The first major initiative will be walking the 21 miles of the Sefton Coastal path in one day. This event is open to all members of PL and is free to register (although places are limited).
A link to the route of the walk can be found here, but once registered, individuals will receive full joining instructions as well as a link to a JustGiving fundraising event page. Participants in the challenge are encouraged to raise a minimum of £50 in sponsorship which will go direct to EitC.
Participants can choose to do the full walk of 21 miles, or simply join us for part of the walk.
