Victoria Brown, Managing Director, High Performance Consultancy,
Victoria is Founder of OneHR ™ Software and Managing Director of High Performance Consultancy (HPC) Ltd. Having set up her first business at 17, she now have over 20 years business experience. HPC is an award winning, national HR Outsourcing service provider with offices in Liverpool, Manchester. In 2015, she successfully launched OneHR ™ software Ltd, a smart online HR management system.
In 2018 Victoria was appointed to the LSG Group board as a Non Executive Director to provide HR strategic support and direction. She is also one of our fantastic Alumni.

Prof Stephen Woods, Professor of Organisational Behaviour and HRM, University of Liverpool Management School
Stephen's main research focus psychometric and personality trait assessment, and personality development and change at work. He conducts research on recruitment and selection in organisations, with special interests in how to ensure fair and effective assessment and people-analytics procedures. Steve has wider interests in human resource management and development, for example in diversity management, coaching and well-being at work.
He is a Chartered (Registered) Occupational Psychologist in the UK and works as a practitioner extensively with businesses and organisations globally, especially in the areas of HR assessment and development.
