Inspiring the next wave of supported internships in Liverpool City Region

Learn from people who are getting young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities into paid work via Supported Internships

The event will be delivered in three sections:

  • Presentations from employed supported interns, their families, employers and education providers to inspire and inform.
  • A market place with stalls manned by current and employed supported interns, their families, employers, education providers and support agencies to enable one to one discussions to learn more.
  • An interactive session with our future partners, to understand any concerns and requests for support. To inform the next set of smaller bespoke events to address them with support from experts.

There will be interactive displays delivered by our supported current interns and job coaches, to showcase their skills and enable delegates to ask questions and learn more.
