In partnership with Freshwalks, who bring together North West business people in the great outdoors, we're on a brand new route. Heading out of a familiar starting point, West Kirby, we're planning to take a circular loop taking in many of the highlights of this part of the Wirral, including Caldy Hill, Thurstaston Common and the Marina Lake as we head back into West Kirby.
Walkers who wish to join us for breakfast should meet from 09:00 at Leaf, 65-67 Bold St, Liverpool L1 4EZ. We then intend to take the 10:10 train from Liverpool Central to arrive at West Kirby 10:42.
For connections via Manchester, the 08:25 train from Victoria will get you into Liverpool Lime St for 09:01 and allow you to join us for breakfast.
We expect to arrive back in West Kirby between 15:00 and 15:30 where we will head to the excellent Wro Bar to accommodate our group for a few drinks and a bite to eat.
