About the speakers

Emma Jones, founder of Enterprise Nation
Emma started her first business in 2006 and sold it after just 15 months. She then founded Enterprise Nation which is now the UK's most active small business network.

Gina Czarnecki, founder of Koffin
Gina is an artist whose work is inspired by the convergent developments in life sciences and technologies and her work has been shown internationally at Sundance Film Festival, The Natural History and The Science Museum London, plus others. Through her artwork Gina created the Koffin and now runs the company.

Lauren Kelly, founder of Behaviour Studio
Lauren runs a behaviour-focused design studio, Behaviour Studio, which helps brands use behavioural science to make better decisions, create people-first products and drive innovation.

Amman Ahmed, founder of Music for pets
Amman set up RelaxMyDog and RelaxMyCat in 2012. He has now been creating relaxing music and TV for cats and dogs for 7 years, receiving millions of views on each video. In 2018 alone, the service was used by 20 million pets around the world.

Rob May, founder of Laces Out! Festival
Laces Out! Trainer Festival was established in 2014 and has since grown to become one of the UK's largest celebrations of the sneaker community. The event brings together thousands of collectors and traders and is the only major event of its kind in the North of England.
