A Brexit Audience with Professor Anand Menon

Following on from yesterday's Brexit discussions between the Prime Minister and the Cabinet, it appears that we are now entering a significant few weeks ahead in the Brexit process and negotiations. To that end, Asif Hamid MBE would be delighted if you would join him for an exclusive business briefing with Professor Anand Menon in Liverpool in a couple of weeks’ time.

Anand Menon is Professor of European Politics and Foreign Affairs at Kings College London and Director of the UK in a Changing Europe Initiative. He has written widely on many aspects of EU politics and policy and on UK-EU relations. He is a frequent contributor to the media on matters relating to British relations with the EU.

Anand has agreed to hold a session for businesses concerned about Brexit in Liverpool on Wednesday 28th November at The Venue at the Royal Liver Building (1st Floor) as guest of the Local Enterprise Partnership. This will take place at 2.00pm-4.00pm (2.30pm start) and is open to business leaders from across the City Region. Entitled “An Audience with Professor Anand Menon” he will set out the likely implications of Brexit for business, and how to prepare for these.

We would also like to give businesses an opportunity to pose questions in advance relating to Brexit. If you would like to pose a question in advance to Professor Menon, then please do email my colleague Carolyn Knott directly at carolyn.knott@liverpoollep.org by Wednesday 21st November.

Please register your attendance early and let us know what key issues you are most interested in RSVP to events@liverpoollep.org
