DESCRIPTION:It's our final People Station event of 2024\, and it will be a 
 cracker.\n\nThis session focuses on mental wellbeing\, psychological safet
 y and supporting employees to thrive.\n\nRetaining and developing your peo
 ple is key to long-term business success. The business is people\, so why 
 not focus on keeping great talent\, supporting their growth\, and helping 
 them to be even more brilliant at what they do?\n\nWe know that over a qua
 rter of people in work are actively looking to move jobs this year. There 
 is more employers can do to keep the right people and develop them so that
  they stay and contribute to business growth.\n\nThis is why we exist. To 
 help you retain and support your best talent and build a brilliant busines
 s.\n\nJoin us this month as David Featherson (TDF Training) and Helen Hugh
 es (HIH Solutions) share their insight and experience\, hints and tips on 
 how to create a workplace where people thrive.\n\nDavid\, and experienced 
 mental wellbeing training and speaker\, will be sharing the importance of 
 being aware of your team's workplace mental health and why this has to be 
 a priority and not just something you "have to do". This will become espec
 ially poignent when you hear our event charity partner.\n\nHelen\, ex HRD 
 in the pharmaceutical industry\, will take you through what psychological 
 safety in the workplace is\, why its needed\, how to create it\, and how t
 o address systems\, processes and behaviours that don't create pyschologic
 al safety.\n\nOur charity partner for this event is "Seans Place". This is
  an amazing charity that does work that genuinely keeps people alive and h
 elps them feel worthy of a place on this complex wonderful planet called E
 arth. Founder Debbie Rogers will be sharing what the charity does.\n\nAll 
 monies from ticket sales will be donated to this fabulous charity.\n\nWarn
