Later Life Planning; Taking Control of your Affairs

Benjamin Franklyn famously said:

'The only certainty in life is death and taxes'.

Given this guarantee, knowing what you can do in order to prepare for this inevitability can only be a good thing.

At KER Consulting we feel very strongly that a large part of our role is to support clients in all areas of financial planning and, as such, it would be remiss of us not to talk about such an important topic.

Taking steps to ensure that your loved ones (as well as any assets and business interests) are protected in the event of your death is really important and, once decided, can be a real weight off your mind. Writing a Will, putting appropriate protection in place and considering funeral options are on everyones 'to do' list but all too often get put off.

This seminar aims to ensure that everyone who attends leaves with a greater understanding ofwhat they can put in place, why they might need it, what it might cost and where to go for support. The team at KER Consulting, along with the experienced team at Vantage Law and Jeanette Roberts, Civil Celebrant, will cover subjects including:

  • How best to protect your loved ones in the event of your death or illness

  • How to ensure that your family are aware of your wishes in the event of illness, serious injury or death

  • What the alternatives are to traditional funerals

Afternoon tea will be served and the presentation will begin at 2.30pm (doors open at 2pm). There will be an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the presentation.

This is an open seminar so please feel free to share the information with friends and colleagues but please do book on as spaces are limited. Book your place here
